Introduction to cone sleeve
The cone sleeve is tightly connected to the inner cone surface of the pulley, sprocket, and other transmission components through an 8-degree outer cone surface, greatly improving the centering accuracy of various transmission components. The size of the cone sleeve is designed according to the series standard. The keyway of its inner hole is processed according to ISO standards. Cone sleeve classification
The cone sleeve is mainly divided into TB cone sleeve, QD cone sleeve, and STB cone sleeve. The holes where the cone sleeve matches the pulley are all half sided, and the two smooth holes on the cone sleeve and the two threaded holes on the pulley respectively form a complete hole. One threaded hole on the cone sleeve and one smooth hole on the pulley form a complete hole. During assembly, two screws are installed in the two threaded holes of the pulley.
