1. Before installation, check and measure the length of the inner hexagonal bolt used for assembly to ensure that it can withstand the bottom end of the blind hole of the cone sleeve after tightening, to ensure tight fitting of the cone surface, and to ensure that the bolt is subjected to reverse thrust from the bottom end of the blind hole, producing the same anti loosening effect as the double nut principle. 2. After tightening the pulley, check and adjust the relative positions of the main and driven pulleys by pulling a wire to ensure that the two pulleys are in the same plane and the belt tension is moderate. 3. The pulley cover should be intact and firmly installed to ensure that belt breakage or pulley loosening during operation can lead to major safety accidents. 4. The cone sleeve is a vulnerable component, and after long-term operation, the inner hole and chain groove may be damaged. Before each assembly, it should be inspected and any defects found should be replaced with spare parts in a timely manner.

Precautions for installation of cone sleeve pulley drive
Before assembling the transmission device, check the groove shape of the pulley to ensure that there are no scars or sharp edges. 2. Check the parallelism between the fan and motor shafts. 3. The center distance design should be controlled at 0.7 (d1+d2)<a<2 (d1+d2), and the speed of the rear fan belt should be controlled below 35m/s (narrow V-belt speed 5-40m/s). 4. Clean the dirt on the mating surface of the motor shaft, cone sleeve, and pulley. Slide the pulley sleeve onto the shaft and do not strike it too hard to avoid damaging the bearings and pulley. 5. Align and tighten the pulley on the fan and motor with a level ruler. 6. Before installing the belt, the center distance pin should be slightly shortened to allow the belt to easily fit onto the pulley. Under no circumstances should the belt be pried into the pulley groove to avoid damaging the belt. 7. Adjust the tension until it meets the standard requirements. After the fan is commissioned, adjust the belt to the appropriate tension (see the belt tension table for details).
